Bon, on a pas la possibilité d'aller au gym, mais c'est pas de raison pour écouter Netflix toute la journée!
On vous a préparé un défi d'un mois. Du premier avril au premier mai. Si jamais on pouvait retourner au gym entre temps, on finira ça là bas, c'est tout!
Plan d'entraînement + vidéos des exercices avec 19 workouts à faire, qui seront ajustés selon votre objectif et votre équipement disponible à la maison.
Plan de nutrition qui va vous permettre de pas trop déraper durant ce moment incertain de nos vies.
En plus des entraînements, on va vous lancer des mini-challenges à faire question d'avoir un peu d'interaction et de compétition à travers tout ça!
On a changé l'approche du "remboursement" pour un prix d'entrée plus bas, cependant il y aura des prix à gagner.
Compléter votre objectif va être essentiel, et participer aux mini-challenges vas vous donner des chances supplémentaires de gagner!
